Todd Ward
Senior Vice President of Planning & Entitlements
As a member of the Red Rock team, Todd oversees planning, entitlements, government relations, and incentives.
Prior to Red Rock, Todd spent three years at Carvana leading the Real Estate Development & Entitlements Team. Over Todd’s time at Carvana, the team was successfully able to deliver multiple car vending machines, logistics hubs and 12 100-acre vehicle inspection centers. Prior to Carvana, Todd was co-owner and principal of SC Development Consulting, development manager for The Furman Co., and principal planner for Greenville County, SC.
Todd received a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, & Tourism Management as well as a Masters of Public Administration, both from Clemson University. He and his wife Angie are currently in Greenville, SC after living in Phoenix, AZ . They have a 6-pound rescue dog named Bitsy, who truly rescued them. Todd and Angie are members of Brushy Creek Baptist Church in Taylors, SC.
