The Reason for the Season with Operation Christmas Child

What a blessed way to usher in the Christmas season! Just a week before Thanksgiving, the Red Rock Developments team came together to pack boxes for Operation Christmas Child (OCC).

Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan’s Purse, aims to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with children in need around the world. The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. By providing shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies accompanied by the message of the Good News of Jesus Christ, OCC is able to reach thousands of children impacted by war, poverty, natural disasters, famine, and disease—both internationally and on Native American reservations in the U.S.

At Red Rock, it was a privilege to contribute to this incredible ministry. Through teamwork and dedication, we packed an impressive 86 boxes! It’s a testament to how much can be accomplished when we come together for a common cause.
