Red Rock Named SIOR Industrial Award Winner

CHARLOTTE NC (April 8 2016) Red Rock Developments, LLC, a national developer of single tenant office, industrial and retail projects, headquartered  in Columbia, SC is pleased to recognize its recent award of the 2015 largest industrial lease  presented at the 2016 Spring World Conference in San Diego, California. “Our business is 95% build to suit and we rely predominately on SIOR relationships to source opportunities throughout the Southeast and nationwide,” says Bill Smith, CEO. “In addition, we are very grateful for our partnership with Colliers International and congratulate Givens Stewart, SIOR, Garret Scott and David Cuda who represented TTi in this transaction.”

As in all build to suit projects, this project was highly competitive. Through a combination of hard work, a committed team who embraced a “dig deep” strategy and a solid financial approach, Red Rock Developments was successful in winning the project. Additional partners for the project included: The Conlan Company, MCA Architecture, Inc., The Timmons Group and ECS. 

Red Rock will continue to develop projects in:
– Atlanta, Georgia: Shugart Farms Industrial, a 2,500 acre industrial park;
– Louisville, Kentucky: 245 Logistics Center, a 190 acre place distribution park;
– Charlotte, North Carolina: the Avidxchange Music Factory, which is planned office park planned for 460,000 SF

Red Rock will continue to pursue build to suit projects with SIORs nationally.
