January 18, 2016
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (January 13, 2016) – The Charlotte Business Journal’s most recent Book of Lists reveals that Red Rock Developments has risen to No. 2 in deals developed in Charlotte. The company’s new ranking, which is included in the Commercial Real Estate category, was published in the CBJ’s 29th annual Book of Lists on December 25.
“I attribute our growth and success in Charlotte to our unwavering dedication to carefully and thoughtfully address four criteria for every project – cost, quality, execution and risk,” says Red Rock President and Chief Development Officer John Barker. “Clients tell us that we successfully combine superior project management skills, extensive leadership and organizational acumen with an entrepreneurial approach that delivers speed to market. We’re very proud to be able to work on behalf of some of the most visionary clients in the area.”
The company’s portfolio includes industrial, retail and office projects that stretch through the Carolinas and across a wide swath of the Southeast including Louisville, KY Atlanta, GA and Memphis, TN.
“We have a sense of urgency in all that we do,” says Barker. “I think our growing success in the Charlotte area indicates that we understand the value of expediency in achieving win-win transactions for all parties involved.”
