Red Rock Developments, along with its capital partner, LXP Industrial Trust, completed and leased a 797,936 SF industrial facility at Smith Farms Industrial Park. The building was leased to Visual Comfort & Co., a premier resource for decorative lighting, architectural lighting, and ceiling fans.
