Red Rock Developments, along with its capital partners Starwood Capital Group and Wharton Industrial Partners, have completed a 210,820 square foot multi-tenant speculative industrial building and sold to LXP. The park is located less than three minutes from I-85 and provides outstanding access to BMW, GSP Airport and the Inland Port in Greer. The location allows for ease of access to both the Port of Charleston and the Port of Savannah, in addition to being within two hours of the major metropolitan markets of Atlanta and Charlotte.

This is the team’s second building in Smith Farms Industrial Park and in Phase I of the master planned development. Smith Farms will encompass approximately 5 million square feet of industrial space on 450 acres.
