Red Rock Developments and it’s Capital Partner, Burns McDonald have completed a 497,952 SF industrial building at Sandy Run Industrial Park in Columbia SC. This is Red Rock’s first building in the park and the largest speculative building ever built in the greater Columbia area. The building has been fully leased to Smart Warehousing, a warehousing and fulfillment company that operates as a direct extension of its clients’ teams. The building has been sold to LBA Logistics, a national vertically integrated real estate company focused on the ownership and operation of industrial buildings. This Class A building features direct access to Highway 21 on Interstate 26 (Exit 119) and is strategically positioned close to I-77 and I-20, allowing for a quick and efficient distribution process for a multitude of manufacturing industries.
