Red Rock Developments, Burke Holding and it’s venture partner, Saben, LLC, along with it’s capital partners, Starwood Capital Group and Wharton Industrial Partners, have completed a 982,777 square foot speculative industrial building located along I-85 in the city of Palmetto, just 12 miles south of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

This is the team’s third building in Shugart Farms Lake Park Industrial and the first building in Phase II of the master planned development.
