GXO Logistics – Fairburn, GA – 907,665 SF

Red Rock Developments, Burke Holding and venture partner, Saben, LLC, along with capital partner, LXP Industrial Trust, completed a 907,665 square foot speculative industrial building that has been leased to GXO Logistics. The industrial building is located along I-85 in Fairburn, Georgia just twelve miles south of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

This is the team’s fourth building in Shugart Farms Lake Industrial Park, and the second building in Phase II of the master planned development. Shugart Farms Lake Industrial Park will encompass approximately 14 million square feet of industrial space on 2,500 acres.
