Red Rock Developments, along with its capital partner, Westport Capital Partners, has completed a 353,044 square-foot speculative industrial building. This is the team’s first building in Meadowville Technology Park and the facility has been leased to Coca Cola Bottling Company.

The new industrial center is situated on approximately 54 acres of land along Digital Drive, fronting Interstate 295, and Route
10 within Meadowville Technology Park. The building is approximately 60 miles from the Port of Virginia, the East Coast’s third largest port, and 100 miles from Washington D.C. Within the strong submarket of Richmond, Meadowville Technology Park hosts users such as Amazon, Altria, Dominion Energy, PepsiCo and Brothers International. The park is also the chosen site for Lego’s only U.S. Factory.
