Red Rock Developments, along with its capital partners Starwood Capital Group and Wharton Industrial Partners, have completed a 396,073 square foot speculative industrial building that has been leased to Benore Logistics and sold to LXP. The park is located less than three minutes from I-85 and provides outstanding access to BMW, GSP Airport and the Inland Port in Greer. The location allows for ease of access to both the Port of Charleston and the Port of Savannah in addition to being within two hours of the major metropolitan markets of Atlanta and Charlotte.

This is the team’s first building in Smith Farms Industrial Park and in Phase I of the master planned development. Smith Farms will encompass approximately 5 million square feet of industrial space on 450 acres.
