The building was leased to Allied Air Enterprises, a division of Lennox International, that strives to give distributors and dealers the ultimate source for heating and cooling solutions from compact residential applications to large commercial projects. 

This Red Rock Investment Fund I owned project is strategically located in South Carolina along the I-26 corridor between two fast-growing industrial markets, being only 40 miles from Columbia and 70 miles from the port of Charleston.
