We’re pleased to introduce our newest team member, McKay Brabham!

McKay Brabham

Development Associate

As a member of the Red Rock team, McKay assists with site selection, project underwriting and the development process.

Prior to joining Red Rock, McKay earned his Master’s in Real Estate Development at Clemson University. The program encompassed market analysis and site selection, real estate law and entitlements, real estate finance, and construction. Before attending Clemson, McKay received a BA in Finance from Wofford College, where he developed a passion for real estate through coursework and internships.

Since 2020, McKay has lived in Greenville, SC, where he attends Buncombe St. United Methodist Church. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fly fishing, and playing golf.
