Meet the Team: Ace Richardson

We are back with another Red Rock Developments Employee Spotlight, where we show off the incredible people within our company. This week, we are privileged to share about our Senior Vice President of Development, Ace Richardson! Ace is a North Carolina native who grew up in Charlotte. After graduating from Myers Park High School, Ace attended the University of Alabama, where he studied Finance, specializing in Real Estate. Ace continued his education at another big football school, getting his Master’s in Real Estate Development from Clemson University. Before Red Rock, Ace lived in Los Angeles, working for Johnson Development Associates and leading a self-storage team. He led the charge for Red Rock on the West Coast for a year before deciding to move back home to Charlotte. Ace is engaged to his Fiancé, Abigail, and together they have a cat named Lina. Abigail and Ace met in high school and reconnected over 2,500 miles away in Los Angeles. We want to congratulate them on their upcoming wedding this June! Ace continuously works to learn and grow in all aspects of development as he strives daily to start new projects and fill the pipeline for Red Rock. His close peers describe Ace as reliable, driven, loyal, but most of all, hardworking! As Ace’s favorite quote says, “Either you run today, or today runs you.” Ace enjoys the travel aspect of his role and finds stepping foot into markets around the country incredibly beneficial to his growth and knowledge as a developer. When Ace is on the West Coast, he turns into an NFL Quarterback, or at least everyone thinks he’s Derek Carr! If Ace is on the road, he is always looking for the nearest Buc-ee’s! On a Saturday, you can find Ace and his fiancé cheering on the Crimson Tide or watching some Shark Tank!

Ace has been a significant factor in the growth and success of the development side of Red Rock Developments! Seeing him run and do great things in the short time he has been with us has been incredible.

We are excited for what the future brings for Ace and can’t express how amazing it is to have him aboard.
