Developer completes 520K-square foot Calhoun County distribution facility

Construction is complete at Red Rock Developments’ second speculative distribution facility in Sandy Run Industrial Park and the building is ready for immediate occupancy.
The company said in a news release the 519,792-square-foot, cross-dock warehouse is located along Interstate 26 in Calhoun County, a rapidly growing industrial submarket of Columbia, and is the only 40-foot clear speculative building to ever be constructed in the central South Carolina market.
