Construction is progressing on Monarch building

Construction on the new 11,654 square foot medical office building for Monarch is progressing nicely. Momentum will gain quickly in these next few weeks as interior walls, fixtures and the roof are installed. Monarch’s new facility is in the University Area, near Harris Blvd.

Monarch is a not-for-profit organization that provides support statewide to thousands of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders. More progress photos will be posted soon!
