Red Rock Developments announced the completion of a manufacturing and distribution facility for Hollander Sleep Products in McDuffie County, Georgia.

The 208,000-square-foot, build-to-suit/lease facility is expected to create 150 new jobs in the greater Augusta area in addition to 70 positions that will come over from an existing Hollander facility in Tignall. Red Rock was selected to develop the 40-acre property in Stone Business Park after a multistate site selection.

“This new facility provides our client with improved logistical advantages thanks to its proximity to Interstate 20,” said Red Rock Developments CEO William C. “Bill” Smith Jr. “Hollander has developed high-quality bedding products for more than 100 years and we hope this facility will propel them to continued success for another century.”

Based in Boca Raton, Florida, Hollander Sleep Products is the largest U.S.-based manufacturer of home furnishings and bedding products. Hollander has nine manufacturing facilities throughout the United States and Canada, as well as a sourcing, product development and quality control office in China.

Based in Columbia, S.C., Red Rock Developments focuses on single-tenant, net lease, build-to-suit developments. Its diverse team of real estate, construction, financial, industrial and economic development experts has delivered projects for clients across the nation.
